About Me

Hello! I'm a Tech Manager with over 10 years of experience leading teams and building complex digital solutions. I started as a hands-on front-end developer and grew into technical leadership, managing cross-functional teams of up to 10 people and delivering projects for global clients in finance, automotive, healthcare, energy, e-commerce, and telecommunications.

I believe the best technology solves human problems, and the best teams are those that feel supported and motivated to solve them. Whether I'm stabilising a production platform under pressure, shaping an AI-powered proof of concept, or mentoring a junior developer on their first project, my focus is always on removing obstacles and creating the conditions for people to do their best work.

More recently, I've been working at the intersection of front-end engineering and AI, integrating Google Vertex AI and Gemini into real products. I also enjoy building things outside of work: my latest project is a Stream Deck plugin for Twitch streamers, available on the Elgato Marketplace.

When I'm away from the screen, you'll find me painting miniatures, rolling dice in a Dungeons & Dragons campaign, gaming across a collection that spans from a PS1 to a PS5, or out with my camera exploring new places. I'm a particular fan of Iceland, Japan, Scotland, and Norway.
