Cutover Support & Hypercare for a Major Canadian Logistics Provider
Acted as Tech Manager and Lead Developer to rescue a failing enterprise web platform (React/Sitecore/C#) for a leading Canadian logistics firm. Directed a rapid-response team to clear severe technical debt, successfully executed a high-stakes cutover, and served as the primary technical liaison for executive stakeholders.
Vertex AI E-Commerce PoC for a Major Portuguese Football Club
Solo-developed and presented a proof of concept to Deloitte partners, demonstrating how Google's Vertex AI Search for Commerce can drive revenue and fan engagement for a major Portuguese football club. Built an end-to-end prototype: synthesized a realistic product catalogue and user event data using Python and Claude, loaded the data into Google Cloud Console, and developed a Next.js application that replicated the club's landing page.
AI-Powered Process Mapping Agent for a Global Leader in Optical Systems and Optoelectronics
Rapidly delivered an AI-powered consulting PoC using Next.js and Gemini 2.5 Pro to accelerate process mapping for a Deloitte client. Automated the extraction of business insights from documents and meeting audio, and integrated with Miro to dynamically generate BPMN diagrams and benchmark against ITIL and other standards.
